Technology should liberate human connection.
OEASE started with a problem we lived. Our founding team spent years leading organizations of every kind — nonprofits, clubs, associations, community groups — from tight-knit teams of 20 members to large chapters with 300+. Regardless of size, the struggle was always the same: reconciling finances across Venmo, spreadsheets, and hope. Organizing events for hundreds of attendees. Rebuilding everything from scratch every time leadership changed.
We learned something that every community leader already knows: 80% of your time goes to admin, leaving only 20% for the people and the mission you actually care about. Late nights chasing dues. Lost member data during leadership transitions. Communication chaos across five different group chats.
We didn't want to build another tool. We wanted to give leaders their time back — and make it completely free. Because every nonprofit, every student club, every professional association, every community group deserves software that works as hard as the people running it.
Our belief is simple: technology should handle the busy work — the repetitive admin that drains energy and burns out passionate people — so that humans can focus on what technology cannot replace: empathy, shared experiences, and the deep connections that bring people together.
That's why our AI works behind the scenes — no prompts, no chatbots. Everyone benefits from it, but nobody has to interact with it. Less time managing software, more time connecting with people.
"Technology should handle the busy work — so humans can focus on what technology cannot replace."
