Yes. The Starter plan has no monthly subscription cost. You’ll only pay payment processing fees on transactions (Channel Fee + 3.5%).
What’s included in the Pro plan?
Pro offers up to 200 members, 5GB of file storage, and a lower payment processing fee (Channel Fee + 2.8%). You also get Basic AI, unlimited features, and unlimited admin users.
How does the Team plan differ from Pro?
The Team plan supports unlimited members and unlimited storage, plus the lowest payment processing fee (Channel Fee + 1.0%). It also unlocks Advanced AI capabilities for deeper insights and automations.
What do “Channel Fee” and the percentage fee mean?
Payment processing includes a base channel fee (charged by our payment partner) plus a small percentage of each transaction.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
